1. Three layers of fabric are automatically aligned and feed, and weilding sys use ultrasonic waves are continuously pressed.
2. The production line adopts the structure of 2ply, with high production efficiency.
3. Nose clips and ear loop are automatically cut and welded by ultrasound.
4. Automatic counting and palletizing after welding earbands.
