Automatic dry cleaning machine is composed of basket,refrigeration system,water separator, filter and heater etc. It is mainly used in the hotel, restaurant,laundry plant to dry clean woolen clothes and nylon clothes,clothes can remain no wrinkle ,no shrinkage,no shape change ,clean and trim.

1. Strong refrigeration system: Evaporator in the refrigeration system can be recovered as the condenser of the dryer, the condenser in the refrigeration system can be recovered as the preheater of the dry-cleaning machine. They are put in the drying air channel together to preheat the air flow with the high temperature and pressure from condensing. By this way, drying speed is increased and steam supply is reduced to the lowest to save the energy

2. Heat exchanger is big so that the heat efficiency is high and energy is saved.

3. Complete recycling system: Air inside the basket is completely recycled after drying process, which reaches the level in the western countries.

4. Dupl.-separating receiver is added to further recycle perchlorethylene, solvent so as to reduce the cost and improve environment protection level. Negative pressure sucks air inside the machine when loading and unloading machine so that the operator will not smell the perchlorethylene and working condition is improved.

5. Fully automatic control system by Programmable Computer with automatic and manual function, with LCD super-large screen.

6. Inverter drive. Frequency conversion motor adopted for energy-saving.

7. The distillation system with automatic control device for liquid level. And distillation will be heated by steam, the used heat of distillation may be recycled for drying.
