Transmission Line Double Circuit Tower
1. Production decription
Transmission towers support the high-voltage conductors of overhead power lines, from the generating station switchyard right up to the source substations and satellite substations located near populated areas.
Their shape, height and sturdiness (mechanical strength) depend on the stresses to which they are exposed. Towers do not transmit electricity themselves unless lightning strikes the ground wire strung along the top of the structure. This cable is designed to protect conductors by allowing lightning discharges to reach the ground through the tower.
Steel Grades
Main legs: Chinese steel Q355B, which same to ASTM A572 GR50
Other members , bracing and not stress plate and angle steel:
Chinese Q235B, which same to ASTM A36
Plates: Chinese steel Q355B, which same to ASTM A572 GR50
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which similar to ASTM A394
A) Dimension and tolerance for angle are according to GB/T1591-1994
B) Hot dip galvanization in accordance with GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
C) The welding will be performance in accordance with AWS D1.1 or

every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production line if needed.
We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto welding machines for pole towers .

We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers : trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization.
