380v Industrial Centrifugal Fans High Pressure Ring High Efficiency Blower
The Model 9-19 and 9-26 high-pressure centrifugal fan is
extensively applied to transmit materials. The transmission medium
is air or other non-flammable gases, which are harmless to human.
The medium does not contain any adhesive materials. The gas
temperature is ≤80℃,and the dust and particle volume are ≤150mg/m3.
It is generally suitable for enforced high pressure ventilation in
such
industries as forging and smelting, glass, pottery, electroplating,
battery and wireless sectors, etc. It is also used to deliver
grain, fodder, ore powder, plastics, etc. in the processing
industries. It is also suitable for the combined use with carton
machinery and tempered glass equipment.

Centrifugal Fan
Because of the high pressure they create, centrifugal fans are
ideal for high pressure applications such as drying and air
conditioning systems. As all of their moving parts are enclosed and
they also have particulate reduction properties that makes them
ideal for use in air pollution and filtration systems. Centrifugal
fans also offer distinct benefits:

Wheel
The wheel shall be of the backward curved centrifugal steel type
and all welded. The wheel shall be statically and dynamically
balanced up to ISO 1940-G4.0 standard. Stable airflow and low sound
should be ensured as the wheel is operating at the maximum
allowable speed. Drop in performance shall be avoided as the
operating point moves up or down. The wheel shall be readily
removable for cleaning or maintenance.
Fan Housing
The fan housing shall be constructed of steel and it shall be thick
and strong enough to withstand the maximum operating weight of the
fan. The housing shall be continuously welded and have an access
door for removing possible foreign bodies.
Inlet
The inlet shall be designed in line with aerodynamics. It shall be
streamlined for better airflow movement and efficiency, reducing
turbulence and sound.
