The Fire Damper Blade produced by the roll Forming Machine is the Triple V Blade. The fire damper blade forming machine is a special supporting equipment for the production of fire damper blades, which consists of a manual discharge rack, a cold bend forming machine and hydraulic shearing. The whole machine adopts full computer PLC control and touch screen operation. It can be set to any size according to the operation requirements. It can also be punched on the blade according to the processing requirements, and there is a 4.2mm connecting rod hole. The production line has a maximum processing speed of 15 m/min, a length error of ±0.5 mm, a diagonal error of ±0.8 mm, and a standard rack load of 2T, which can be matched according to customer requirements.

The blade forming machine is suitable for use in the construction site or fire damper production plant. The maximum size can be based on the customer.

The Fire Damper Blade customer requires a custom size, the standard opening size is: 198mm, and the standard molding size is 185mm.
