The PU sandwich panel line is an automatic Control production line.
In the PU sandwich panel producing procedure, the product line can
continuously produce sandwich panel with PU as its core material.
The liquid state raw materials are continuously injected into the
middle of two formed panels and reacting, foaming, solidifying in
the double-belt machine, furthermore, the PU sandwich panel could
be cut out automatically according to the required length for
users.
The whole production line for PU Insulated Sandwich Panel are
consisted of the following parts, hydraulic un-coiler, film
covering device, roll forming machine, preheating oven,
polyurethane foaming system, double belt conveyor, double belt
heating device, cutting device, auto stacker, etc.

a polyurethane core. The exposed outer skin is roll formed from
steel or aluminum coils, where the inner skin is made up of the
same material in addition to an aluminum foil options. The features
