SIMO BLOWER adopts advanced research and development software for finite element analysis and flow channel optimization design; in terms of material selection, the creep strength, durable strength and permanent plasticity of the material are fully considered; in terms of thermal expansion design, the thermal expansion of the casing and shaft seal are fully considered The thermal expansion of the air inlet and the impeller, the tolerance of the impeller and the main shaft, and the linear expansion of the main shaft; in terms of heat dissipation, the heat dissipation of the bearing and the heat dissipation of the shaft seal are fully considered; for large F-type high-temperature fans, slow-rotation devices are considered design.
