Introduction

The 4-09 series large-flow centrifugal fan is suitable for conveying clean air or light materials at normal temperature, most commonly used in industrial furnaces for air supply, light particle/powder/crush/fiber transportation, air drying/cooling of materials, ventilation and smoke exhaust, and other areas.

No viscous substances are allowed inside the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are larger than 150 mg/m3, and the gas temperature does not exceed 80°C.

It is widely used in the cement industry, building materials industry, environmental protection industry, metallurgical industry, power industry projects such as large-scale dust collector, industrial boilers, ventilation systems, cooling.

2. The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different diameters of belt pulley to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.

3. Motor sliding guides are provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.

4. When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.
