It is suitable for steaming rice production line, wet paddy cleaning into drying equipment and secondary cleaning.
Product Introduction:
1. Air screen cleaning machine is a cleaning equipment integrating
air separation and rotary vibration screening processing.
2. The screening system is designed with the inertia reverse
configuration of the upper and lower screen boxes to reduce
vibration and noise; the screen motor realizes stepless adjustment,
and the feed end is equipped with a waterfall leveler, which makes
the material fall evenly on the screen surface like a waterfall, so
as to improve the screening effect
3. The wheat seeds were tested. The main technical parameters were
as follows: the selected rate was 99%, the purity was 98%, the
removal rate of harmful weeds was 90%, the damage rate was 0.092%,
the actual kwh production rate was 8.5t/(kW·h), the noise was
84dB(a), and the dust concentration was 6.8mg/m2.
