Working Principle:

After the brown rice is fed into the machine, the flow is first controlled by the separator, and three equal parts of the brown rice are uniformly sent into the milling room along the periphery, and pushed to the sanding roller section by the screw head. In the falling process, the brown rice skin is continuously and repeatedly "sliced" and "rubbed off" by the combined milling effect of the rotating sanding roller and rice knife, so as to make the brown rice surface rough and white. At the same time, the brown rice is also affected by the "air spray" from the inside of the sand roller during the milling process, so that the bran powder generated by the milling is separated from the brown rice, and under the guidance of other wind forces, it is completely discharged from the outside of the machine.

Due to the use of vertical rice milling, the whole milling process is carried out "from top to bottom" in the direction of gravity, so the pressure in the milling room is balanced, giving full play to the "self milling" and "mutual milling" friction and fine milling effect between rice grains, "rice wiping" and "rice brushing" effect is good, making the product bright, white, with less bran, and low temperature rise.
