WBZ500 Stabilized soil mixing station equipment introduction

The WBZ500 Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant is mainly composed of
gravel aggregate batching system, water supply system, agitation
system, powder batching system, finished product conveyor, finished
material storage silo, gas system, and electronic control system.
Mixing system
The main engine of the 500T stabilized soil mixing plant adopts the
double-shaft forced continuous propulsion mode. The main machine
adopts the linerless structure to maximize the gap between the
mixing blade and the box. When the mixer is working, a layer of
non-moving mixture will be formed in the gap, and stays on the box
to function as a lining, protecting the box from abrasion and
reducing the wear of the stirring blade.
Batching system
The batching system of 500T stabilized soil mixing plant is
composed of aggregate storage bin and belt conveyor; the block type
silos are all connected by pin shaft, which is convenient to
disassemble, quick to install, flexible in transportation and
transportation; electromagnetic speed control belt conveyor can
realize stepless speed regulation .
Conveyor system

collecting material and finished material conveying. It adopts

Cement silo
The flaky cement silo of 500T stabilized soil mixing plant is
designed and produced for the difficulties of packing and packing
of cement silo, difficulty in on-site cylinder making, difficulty
in transfer of construction site, and super high and super wide
transportation. Cement silos (cement tanks) are in line with
industry standards.
The integral cement silo of 500T stabilized soil mixing plant is a
closed tank for storing bulk materials. It is suitable for storing

tube legs. The whole silo is in the form of steel structure and
welded; the top is equipped with a dust collector and pressure
relief valve. The horizontal cement silo meets the industry
standard. The warehouse body is made of steel plate and grooved
hoop, and the legs are welded by national standard pipe.
The screw conveyor of 500T stabilized soil mixing plant is not only
used in concrete mixing plant (floor), asphalt mixing plant, dry
mortar production line to transport cement, fly ash, mineral
powder, dry sand, etc., but also widely used chemical, building
