PVC Coated Overlay MCO-W model is suitable for laminating with most PVC sheets printed by
various printers. It features high adhesion, no color change and
deformation.
It is applicable to almost all sheets printed by various ink. It
features excellent peeling strength and long aging time.
PVC Strong Coated Overlay Film with Strong initial viscous force , slow decline , yellowing resistance ,
deformating resistance after laminating.The surface is smooth , and easy to use. Mainly used for protective
film of bank card , social security card , IC card , RF card and other card with higher requirements.

PVC Overlay Coatings
All inks require an adhesive layer between ink and overlay to
provide a superior bond, so we offer a complete range of suitable
coatings for all our overlay films to enhance bond strength. These
adhesives can be used with UV (offset or silk screen) and oxidative
inks. They meet or exceed ISO Peel strength standards and are
available in rolls or sheets. And we have designed specific
coatings to prevent distortion during lamination; And also it offer
a wider processing window.

B.Manufacture Method
1). Put printing core and two overlay together, then put into the laminator, the temperature is determined as per the instruction of the machine , Pls be noticed that all glue sides of both pvc sheets and overlay are put inward.
2). The lamination usually lasts 10-15minutes ,The pressure is 6-8Mpa, The temperature is 120-140°C
