Patterned/textured Card Lamination Steel Plate MSP-P used in card laminator
(it also named as: card lamination steel plate, laminator steel plate, textured laminating steel plate, special pattern lamination plate, card finish lamination plate, card production material )
Special pattern lamination steel plates are mainly used for personalized pattern finish card lamination. It can well ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination. Our plates are being widely used by many card factories in both China and foreign countries worldwide
Key Features:
1. One side (pattern side) is covered with protection foils (blue thin films) to ensure good protection.
2. Only one side has the special pattern and another side has no pattern which will not contact the card surface in laminator. .
3. There are no scratches and dust on pattern surface and possibly there is slight scratch on another non-pattern side.
4. The edges are smooth and deburred with the round curved corners.
