Description of Stroage Rack Roll Forming Machine
Features
The machine is composed of coiling, leveling, flat head, punching,
cold roll forming, hydraulic cutting, automatic stacking system,
electric control system and hydraulic system. According to the
requirements, the highway guardrail is flat, punched, cold formed
and cut by hot rolling steel plate mill, with high production
efficiency, high automation and low labor intensity.
Uncoiler
Function: unwinding and unloading
Structure: uncoiler is hydraulic expansion and contraction type.
Feed the material into the uncoiler drum, and then use the
auxiliary support device to tighten the drum. It is an active
rotation with damping.
Roll forming machine
Function: through rolling in multiple stages, the steel plate is
formed into the required shape. The forming machine adopts
double-layer structure to form two kinds of plates.
Structure: the molding machine adopts guide pillar structure and
chain drive.
The base is annealed after welding and then processed by machining
center. The equipment has the characteristics of strong rigidity,
good stability and high precision. The reducer is driven by the
lower shaft, the upper and lower shafts are synchronous gears
(necessary hole type is adopted), the material of the main shaft is
40Cr, and the quenching hardness is hrc45.
Cutting Device
Function: cut the profile according to the required length. The
shears are driven by electric motors.
Structure: waste cutting is adopted, and shutdown is required
during cutting.
Hydraulic system
Function: provide power for hydraulic cylinder of production line.
This hydraulic system is specially designed and manufactured.
Different hydraulic components are used to realize different
working requirements of each hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic
system is specially developed for special models. The hydraulic
press adopts pump and special hydraulic control module. It has the
characteristics of fast blanking speed and low noise. It is also
equipped with coolers to meet the needs of continuous production.
Electric control system
Function: PLC is used to control the automatic operation of the
whole production line. The production line is divided into two
operation modes: single mode and automatic mode. Single mode is
adopted for debugging. It can control the movement of each unit
separately. The automatic mode is the automatic action in the
continuous production process. The equipment is produced
automatically without the help of the operator. The adjustment of
product length and specification adopts touch screen digital
display.
