Atmospheric fresh air generally consists of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and a small amount of specialty gases. CO2 gas has the function of inhibiting the growth and propagation of most spoilage bacteria and molds and is the main antibacterial component in the fresh air; O2 can restrain the growth of most anaerobic bacteria, maintain the flesh color of fresh meat and maintain aerobic respiration of fresh fruits and vegetables, and maintain the freshness ; N2 is an inert gas, and food does not work as a filling gas, and CO2, O2 and special gas composition of fresh gas. Inflate time | Press on the back number to set the inflation time. When set this time, it must achieve the sufficient gas exchange rate. |
Pressure holding time | Press on the back number to set time to control the size of the gas pressure in the packing tray. And finally change the degree of expansion of packaging film (unit: 0.01/s). |
Sealing time | Press on the back number to set the current setting of sealing time(unit: 0.01/s). |
Push tray delay | If the time to take the tray out is not enough, just press on this button to extend the time. |
Setting temperature | Press on the back number to set the heating temperature you want. |
Current temperature | Press on the back word to exchange the two modes of “By length” and “Bench-marking”. |
Film feeding length | Press on the back number to set the length of feeding film each time. |
System parameter | Indicates the presetting of the values for all parameters of the device factory. |
Restore factory setting | According to the operation tips (Long press 5s), press on this button for more than 5 seconds, the system will return to the factory settings. |
