SH0338B Automatic low-temperature torque tester for lubricating
grease
The automatic low-temperature torque tester for lubricating grease
is suitable for measuring the low-temperature torque of ball
bearing lubricating grease below -20 ℃, and meets the requirements
of SH/T0338-92 standard. This instrument adopts dual compressor
refrigeration, which is fast and effective. The structure of this
instrument is simple and the appearance is beautiful, making it
very suitable for laboratory use. Capable of automatically
measuring the starting torque and operating torque of lubricating
grease, recording the results, and printing.
Performance and Features
1 . Adopting dual compressors for cooling, no need for circulating
cooling water, using a condenser for heat dissipation, and
connecting the power supply for cooling.
2. The entire operation process of the instrument adopts PLC and
7-inch high-definition full-color touch screen for automatic
control, parameter display and recording, equipped with embedded
printer for automatic printing of results.
3. The instrument adopts Japanese Fuji temperature control module
for temperature control, and the sensor adopts Pt100, which has the
characteristics of sensitive temperature sensing, high resolution,
strong anti-interference, high temperature control accuracy, and
long service life.
4. The low-temperature chamber of this instrument has good sealing,
which can ensure a constant internal temperature and maintain the
required temperature for the test.
5. High precision tension sensors are used for measurement, with a
large range. The tension value has the functions of power on reset,
startup reset, and manual reset to ensure the accuracy of the
results. The detection result is directly displayed as mn. m,
automatically converted, saved, and printed. Equipped with standard
weights, the sensor can be calibrated regularly. The sensor has
good repeatability, durability, and is not easily damaged. Like
imported instruments, it is built into the machine to ensure
accuracy of results.
