SH119 Petroleum Product Ash Analyzer

The SH119 petroleum product ash analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the standards of GB/T508 "Determination of Ash Content in Petroleum Products", ASTM D482. GB/T2433 "Determination of Sulfate Ash Content in Additives and Lubricating Oils with Additives", and SH/T0067 "Determination of Ash Content in Engine Coolants and Rust Inhibitors", and is used to determine the ash content of lubricating oil products and lubricating grease sulfates. This instrument is suitable for the determination of ash content in petroleum products containing raw ash additives (including certain phosphorus containing compounds), lubricating oils containing lead, and used engine crankcase oils. The instrument uses a new type of ceramic furnace as the heating element, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulfates in lubricating oil containing additives and additive concentrates of blended lubricating oil.
