Description
DCL modulating type anti-explosion electric actuator is integral design of motor/control pack and housing. Unlike other type electric actuator that add an extra cavity to put controller for electric positioning, which makes the actuator’s appearance become weird and not compact, DCL actuator designed a very small multifunctional control pack that is similar size as terminal block of on-off type. So it can be put on the wiring cavity to replace the terminal block.
Though the controller is very small, but its electric clearance creep distance satisfies USA UL standard and Canada CSA standard. It can suffer 2500V surge test, 4000V EFT test, 4000V ESD test to ensure world leading EMC performance. Moreover, it also passed 85/85 test, which is continuously working in 85℃ and 85% humidity for over 600 hours. So actuators can be widely used for severe environment, such as power plant, chemical plant and winery.
