The three-filter belt concentrator and dehydrator is an efficient sludge treatment equipment. It achieves integrated concentration and dehydration of sludge through the coordinated operation of three filter cloths. Multi-layer filter cloth synergy: Three filter cloths operate simultaneously to remove free water and bound water through gravity dehydration and multi-stage pressing (low → medium → high pressure) to form a high-dry mud cake.
Automated operation: Equipped with automatic vibration drainage, elastic cleaning system and pneumatic correction device, it supports continuous 24-hour automatic operation and reduces manual intervention.
Structural design optimization: The wedge-shaped pre-pressure zone is combined with the "S"-shaped pressing section to increase the pressure to improve dehydration efficiency; the extra-large diameter drainage roller design reduces the risk of mud runoff.
