The high pressure roller grinding mill for mining is an efficient
and energy-saving mining crushing equipment, which is widely used
in metal mining, cement, chemical and building materials
industries. It uses two rollers rotating in opposite directions to
squeeze the material under high pressure, realizing the integrated
operation of crushing and fine grinding.

1. The roller surface features a carbide stud-embedded structure.
The studs are clearance-fitted with blind holes in the roller
sleeve and bonded with a high-strength adhesive. If the studs wear
or break, they can be removed and replaced by local heating,
significantly extending the roller sleeve's service life, reducing
maintenance time, and improving overall equipment availability.
This technology significantly increases the roller's service life,
more than doubling that of the original press-fit stud structure.
It also reduces downtime for maintenance, and any stud damage can
be repaired online.
2. The transmission system consists of a motor, universal coupling
(safety clutch), planetary reducer, and pressure rollers, creating

3. The roller side seals feature a unique structure, combining
non-contact and contact seals to effectively reduce the roller's

effectively preventing material from hanging around the edges of
the original rectangular feed column, ensuring smoother material

5. Hydraulic System: The exposed portion of the cylinder plunger is
reliably sealed, effectively preventing dust ingress. The entire
