Introduction

Our company supplies jewel sand (jewelry sand, fused ceramsite, and ceramsite sand). In particular, it exhibits low expansion, resists sintering, pulverization, cracking, and sand adhesion (eliminating negative impacts on casting quality), exhibits excellent regeneration properties, and improves casting yield.

Product Features of Casting Sand

Its low thermal expansion coefficient rivals that of zircon sand. Using it to create molding sand eliminates expansion defects in castings. Its spherical shape provides excellent fluidity and breathability, while its smooth surface and dense structure ensure uniform adhesive coverage. Baozhu Sand is a neutral material, compatible with both acidic and alkaline adhesives, offering excellent recyclability and cost-effectiveness. Compared to chromite sand and zircon sand, its price is only 30-50% of theirs. Furthermore, due to its spherical shape and reduced surface area, the amount of resin required can be reduced by 30-50%, and the water glass addition limit is ≤4%. This reduces casting defects associated with adhesives and improves the yield rate of castings.
