PFQ series vortex strong impact crusher is high efficient impact
crusher developed by our company, our company obtained national
patent in 2005(patent No.:ZL200420075315.4). This crusher is
applied to primary, secondary and fine crushing of a variety of
materials with compression strength not more than 250Mpa. It has
the features of unique structure, easy operation, high-efficiency
and saving energy, good product shape-cubic like, adjustable
discharge size, simplifying crushing process, saving cost etc. It
can be widely used in electricity, water, highway artificial
aggregate crushing industry and so on. Structural design has a
unique scroll broken cavity and P, S, T broken three areas, the use
of rotor body sleeve keyless connection, high-performance
wear-resistant plate hammer, insert the installation of forms, tilt
chock unique profile counterattack lining board, multi-directional
rack to open the door, screw or hydraulic device to open the
replacement of wearing parts, maintenance more convenient. The
large type machine also has special tool about changing and lifting
blow bar for users to choose.
Application Range
This equipment features large feed size and high compressive
strength, widely applicable to various industries including cement,
building materials, mining, and power for coarse and medium
crushing operations of materials with compressive strength not
exceeding 250Mpa. It is particularly suitable for producing
construction aggregates used in special industries such as
highways, railways, and water conservancy projects, including
materials like basalt, granite, and river pebbles.

Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor to operate at high speed through
V-belts. Materials enter the crusher cavity from the feed inlet,
struck by the high-speed rotating rotor hammers, and then rebound
freely after impacting the toothed impact plate at the top of the
vortex crushing cavity. They continuously collide and crush with
subsequent upward-impacting materials. Large blocks and materials
not fully crushed are subjected to enormous pressure and bending
force under the action of the thick toothed plate and hammer in the
P crushing cavity top, easily coarsely crushed and then entering
the lower S crushing cavity.
In the S crushing cavity, the gap between the toothed liner and
rotor hammer plate is small, where materials undergo friction
impact, breaking, and extrusion to achieve medium crushing,
entering the T crushing cavity for fine crushing. The gap between
the toothed liner and rotor hammer plate in the T crushing cavity
is even smaller, allowing materials to undergo further fine
crushing through friction impact, breaking, and extrusion before
being discharged.
The gap between the toothed liner and rotor hammer plate in the S
and T crushing cavities can be adjusted according to users'
requirements for different material particle sizes. The T crushing
cavity is equipped with an elastic device. When uncrushable
materials enter the T crushing cavity, the elastic device provides
buffering and allows the discharge opening to enlarge, expelling
uncrushable materials. After discharge, the opening returns to its
original size under elastic force.Structural Features
