Product Introduction
Dryers are mainly used for drying materials with a certain humidity
or particle size in the mineral processing, building materials,
metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments. Rotary dryers

Structural features
This dryer is mainly composed of a cylinder, a large gear ring, a
small gear, a support wheel, a retaining wheel, a wheel belt, a
support wheel shaft and other parts. The motor passes through a
V-belt, is reduced in two stages by a reducer, and drives the large
gear ring through the small gear, so that the cylinder runs at the
designed speed, thereby drying the materials in the cylinder
evenly.
Main types
Rotary dryer, also called rotary drum dryer. It is widely used in
building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry
to dry slag limestone, coal powder, slag, clay and other materials.
The machine is mainly composed of rotating body, lifting plate,
transmission device, support device and sealing ring and other
parts. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent
workmanship, high output, low energy consumption and convenient
operation.
Maintenance method
1. Check the hot flue gas temperature of the inlet of the rotary
dryer during normal operation, which is 700-800 degrees Celsius,
and the hot flue gas temperature of the outlet is 90-150 degrees
Celsius.
2. Check the rollers and rollers of the rotary dryer. Whether the
lubrication points of the roller bearings are filled with enough
oil
3. Whether the contact between the roller and the roller is good,
and the contact surface is not less than 70% of the width of the
roller
4. Whether there is any crack in the weld between the roller and
the pad, and whether there is any excessive wear between the roller
and the roller.
5. Whether the fastening bolts and anchor bolts of the rotary dryer
are loose or broken.
6. Whether the thrust of each roller is consistent and uniform
upward.
