Vertical spiral mill is mainly used in the mining industry such as
the crushing and grinding of metal ores, the crushing and deep
processing of non-metallic ores, the comprehensive utilization of
low-grade minerals, the extraction of useful elements from
tailings, powder metallurgy, mechanical alloying, metallurgical raw
material processing, metallurgical waste slag utilization, cemented
carbide production and other industrial industries. It is a kind of
ultra-fine grinding equipment that grinds ores or other materials
of a certain particle size into finer particles.
Product Features
Vertical spiral mill uses stirring to achieve the purpose of
grinding and refining particles. Under the stirring of the
agitator, the medium balls and the ore materials in the stirring
tank perform multi-dimensional circulation and rotational motions,
and the gravity generated by the medium balls and the ore materials
and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation are
comprehensively utilized to produce collision, friction, and
shearing between the medium balls, between the ore materials, and
between the medium balls and the ore materials. Under the action of
momentum and impulse, the ore materials are deformed, broken, and
finally crushed to achieve the ideal particle size. Compared with
traditional ball mills at the same power, it saves 30% to 50%
energy. The smaller the product particle size, the more obvious the
energy saving effect. The maximum feed particle size can reach 6mm,
and the minimum discharge particle size can reach 0.02mm.
Product advantages
1. The vertical spiral stirring mill can be used for grinding and
leaching, which can economically extract gold with small
investment, low cost and high gold recovery rate;
2. It is suitable for secondary grinding, fine grinding of sulfide
ores and utilization of tailings, and can economically grind the
ore to -400 mesh greater than 90%-95%;
3. It can perform micro-fine grinding and can grind the ore to less
than -10μm.
