1. Gold Leaching Agent Of Ore Dressing Equipment Application scope;

(1) Applicable scope: gold, silver oxide ore, primary ore, cyanidation tail slag, sulfide ore, roasted gold concentrate, sulfuric acid slag, lead and zinc slag, anode mud, circuit board and other kinds of gold-containing materials;

(2) Applicable process: heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon pulp (stirring leaching) process.

3.Gold Leaching Agent Of Ore Dressing Equipment Calculation of drug dispensing:

(1) Dosage can refer to the amount of sodium cyanide, it is recommended to conduct beneficiation test to determine the best use conditions. (According to experience: for 1-2g/t gold oxidized ore, the concentration of liquid is generally kept at 0.3-1‰, which can be adjusted appropriately according to different ore grade and impurity content)

(2) Method of use:

Heap leaching process: 0.03-0.1% solution prepared with clean water for spraying;

Stirring leaching process: it can be configured to add 10%-15% solution, or directly added to the stirring tank in the form of solid, the concentration of reagent in the leaching pulp is generally in the range of 0.03-0.1%.

(3) Calculation method of dosage:

Dosage of tonic = (optimal concentration value - current concentration value) × dosage of water;

It is assumed that the optimal concentration value is 0.8‰ (measured by water volume), the backwater concentration is 0.3‰, and the lean liquid pool is 1000 cubic meters of water. Dosage of tonic :(0.8-0.3) ×1000=800 kg


4. Gold extraction agent f Ore Dressing Equipment in the laboratory operation method:

(6) Immersion test (suitable for oxidized ore, primary ore, cyanide slag, sulfuric acid slag, gold concentrate, anode mud)

(7) Take 200-500 grams of comprehensive ore sample, grinding to -200 mesh accounted for about 85% by the ball mill (fineness does not need to grind), into the open (basin) container for use;

(8) Add water to soak, more than the mine surface 4-8 cm or so (according to the container size);

(9) Put in 0.2-2g of reagent, stir for 2 minutes and soak (before putting, break the reagent into powder and mix evenly, the specific dosage is determined according to the grade of precious metals and main elements in the mineral sample);

(10) Stir thoroughly every two to four hours, and measure the PH value after precipitation. The PH value of basicity is 11-12.

Sediment is required before sampling, clean water sample or leached slag is taken (the slag is filtered by a filter and then rinsed with water for more than 5 times);

The extraction rate was measured by sampling three times in a 12-hour, 24-hour and 36-hour process.

Leaching rate = (ore grade - leaching slag grade)/ore grade *100%
