Ⅰ. Technical characteristics of air-swept coal mill

(3) The large open gear is equipped with a sealed and reliable gear cover, and is equipped with an automatic glycerin spray lubricating device;

(4) The cylinder is the key part of the mill, and a computer is used to carry out finite element analysis on it to ensure the reliability of its use;

Ⅳ. Working principle of air-swept coal mill

The raw coal is fed into the drying bin of the mill from the runner of the feeding device, and the hot air with a temperature of about 350 ℃ also enters the mill through the air inlet pipe to dry the raw coal, and the dried coal enters the grinding mill through the partition board The silo is crushed under the impact and grinding of the grinding body (steel ball). At the same time, the gas formed by the special exhaust fan will bring the pulverized coal powder out of the mill through the discharge device.
