1. Product introduction of Cement Mill Cement Ball Mill Ore Grinding Mill

materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizers, black and

grindable materials.
2. The technical characteristics of large cement mill Ore Grinding Mill:
(1) The transmission forms of the drum mill are edge flyers, center
transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission and other
transmission types; The driving form is asynchronous motor +
reducer + pinion + big gear and synchronous motor + air clutch +
pinion + big gear;
(2) The support mode of static and dynamic pressure bearings at two
ends is generally adopted, and fully enclosed self-allocating 1200
line contact "rocker type" bearings are adopted. Single-slide
track, double-slide track static and dynamic pressure support mode
or full static pressure support can also be adopted.
(3) The large open gear adopts the American AGMA standard design,
equipped with a reliable sealing gear housing, with glycerin
automatic spray lubrication device;
(4) The cylinder is the key part of the mill, and the finite
element analysis of it is carried out by computer to ensure the
reliability of its use;
(5) Large and medium-sized mill equipped with slow driving device;
(6) Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low
pressure lubrication stations;
(7) Control and protection system adopts PLC control.
