1.Cement Rotary Kiln Dryer scope of application:
Dryer is mainly used for mineral processing, building materials,
metallurgy, chemical and other departments drying certain humidity
or particle size of the material, rotary dryer has strong
adaptability to the material, can dry all kinds of materials, and
the equipment is simple and reliable, so it is widely used.

2. Structural characteristics of dryer:

The dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, big tooth ring, pinion,
supporting wheel, retaining wheel, wheel belt, supporting wheel
shaft and other parts. The motor through the triangle belt, through

gear ring, so that the cylinder design speed for operation, so that
the cylinder body evenly drying materials.
3.Cement Rotary Kiln Main types of dryer:

(1) Rotary drum dryer, also called rotary drum dryer.

(3) Rotary dryer has strong adaptability to materials and can dry
all kinds of materials. It is used for drying limestone, clay,
pulverized coal and mixed materials in cement plants. It is also
used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, food
and other departments. Rotary dryer is the most commonly used
drying equipment in cement plant. And the equipment is simple and
reliable operation, dustproof sealing, convenient maintenance, so
it is widely used.
(4) Tumble dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical,
pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The working process of
the equipment is as follows: After the dehydrated wet materials are
added to the dryer, the materials are evenly dispersed in the dryer
and fully contact with the hot air under the motion of the plate
reader evenly distributed in the drum, which speeds up the drying
heat transfer and mass transfer. In the drying process, the
finished product is discharged from the other part of the dryer
under the action of slanting plate and hot air. This machine is
suitable for drying all kinds of slag materials with water content
less than 85%, such as beer grains, bean dregs, spray-corn husk,
coal slime, fruit dregs, etc. It has good effect on developing feed

pollution.

5. Maintenance method of rotary dryer:
(1) During the normal operation of the rotary dryer, the
temperature of the inlet hot flue gas is 700-800 degrees Celsius,
and the temperature of the outlet hot flue gas is 90-150 degrees
Celsius.
(2) Check the ring and supporting wheel of the rotary dryer.
Whether the lubrication points of the roller bearing are filled
adequately.
(3) whether the contact between the ring and the supporting wheel
is good, the contact surface is not less than 70% of the width of
the ring.
(5) Whether the fastening bolts and anchor bolts of the rotary
dryer are loose or broken.
(6) Whether the thrust of each supporting wheel is uniformly
upward.
(7) Whether there is vibration, crack or subsidence of the
foundation of the rotary dryer.
(8) Whether the retaining wheel rotates flexibly, whether the
contact with the ring is good, whether the force is too large to
cause the surface of the retaining wheel shining, peeling and
bearing heating and other abnormal phenomena.
(9) Whether the rotation of the drum body of the rotary drum dryer
is flexible and stable, and whether the seals are worn or leaked.
(10) whether the transmission device vibration, lubrication point
oil is sufficient.
