1. Vibration feeder Of Conveying Hoisting Machineworking principle:
Motor vibration feeder adopts two vibration motors of the same
specification as the excitation source, and uses the eccentric
block at both ends of the vibration motor to generate excitation
force, which is an ideal vibration driving device. The feeding
process of motor vibration feeder is achieved by reciprocating
linear vibration in the inclined direction of the feeding trough.
When the component of the vibration acceleration of the tank is
greater than the component of the gravity acceleration in the
vertical direction of the tank, the material in the tank is thrown
up, and according to the parabolic wheel trace forward jumping
movement, each vibration of the tank once, the material will be
thrown up once, so, the material continuously to the tank vibration
frequency jump forward, to achieve the purpose of feeding.
2. Structural characteristics of vibration feeder:
(1) Steady vibration;
(2) Special grid equipment can prevent material clogging;
(3) The gap of the grid is adjustable;
(4) Optional stepless speed regulating motor, easy to control the
feed, no need to start the motor frequently.
