Cooking oil automatic mono-block filling and capping machine
Huituo filling capping machine is widely used in various industries such as food, medical, chemical and cosmetics etc. It can be matched with bottle washing machine, labeling machine, etc. to form an assembly line.
It is advanced in technology, with protection alarm devices such as bottle blocking, bottle shortage, lack of cap, overload, etc., reliable performance, scientific process, food hygiene conditions which meet the national hygiene standards, high degree of production automation and easy operation.
Filling part
There are three different types of filling types available in Huituo, volumetric piston, suitable for most of products; Flow meter (KROHNE/E+H), suitable for higher filling accuracy requirements; self-flow gravity, which is cost-effective, suitable for low viscosity filling materials.
The filling nozzle can be designed with diving function. No bottle, no filling.
Capping part
There are two different types of capping types available in Huituo, permanent magnet clutch or servo motor. For the servo capping machine, we can change the capping torque via the touch screen. It features tool-free changeover.
