The cap is fed into the channel by the air, and the claw is taken according to the rule that the cap is placed with bottle, the cap isn’t placed without bottle.
- The structure of the machine is reasonable and compact, the operation is stable and flexible, and the specification change adjustment is convenient.
- The pressing head uses a contouring device depending on the special shape of the cap.
- Using the principle of vacuum suction cap, the cap is effectively sucked into the inside of the claw head, and mechanical valve control is used. When the pressing operation is completed, the head releases the cap.
- A cushioning mechanism is designed above the pressing head so that the head protects the cap and the bottle during the capping process to prevent damage.
In order to meet diversified production needs, quick-release claws and quick replacement are adopted to improve production efficiency. To prevent excessive pressure, add a buffer module is added to above the claws.

For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The template and puck are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.
A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no inner cap and no outer cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
The mechanical method, combined with photoelectricity is used to detect whether there is inner cap and pressed properly, which can ensure that the outer cap is not capping without the inner cap.
The intelligent elevator is connected with the sorter, and automatically controls the cap-sending speed, which is matched with the whole line control.
