SSSV SS Hydraulic Control Line Tubing 1/4" OD

1/4" hydraulic control line tubing is mainly for controlling the oil and gas well downhole packers and cable release valve. 1/4" hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole ety valve and gas valve, through the cable packer oil and gas well downhole ety valve and a pressure release valve is controlled by switching the ground pressure. After reaching the set pressure, the cable passes through the packer and valve purge valve open simultaneously. In this case, the normal production of oil and gas wells can be guaranteed, and the separated gas by an electric submersible pump can be discharged from the annulus through the discharge valve. Then, the release control line pressure to the downhole ety valve while closing the wells of the cable and through the gas release valve of the packer, and wells tubing and annulus circulation channels are blocked, so as to ensure the ety of the well. Of course, the 1/4" hydraulic control line tubing may also be a separate tubing used to control the downhole ety valve. It can also be used for the ground pressure relief valves and other control surface, as well as large-scale equipment for the instrumentation control system of the oil and gas drilling and production species connecting line.
