ATEX LED Batten floodlight introduction
The light is designed with type of protection “Ex nR” and is available in three standard sizes.
For the electrical connection, two M20x1.5 cable glands are provided to house the cable glands or blanking plugs, approved for the explosion protected area. The batten light fitting may be installed using wall / ceiling / pendant as well as pole mounting.

gas, vapour and mist of flammable
liquids explosion in temperature class up to T6
• luminaire for indoor or outdoor use
• additional spaces where occurence of high dust concentration and
water splashes are possible, such as:
boiler-rooms, wash-rooms, garrages, island station roofs,
warehouses, processing lines for chemical industry,
oil and gas industry,loose mining and building material industry
etc.

LCD-BHD51 series of explosion-proof LED linear light is designed and manufactured with a small size, light weight, long life, pollution-free, maintenance-free, safe, energy saving, durable and environmental-friendly Explosion-proof LED linear light.
Housing: high light transmittance PC material , the strength of more than
4J, can reduce the damage to the light in the abnormal operation.
Diffuser: PC polycarbonate plastic
Gasket(waterproof O-ring): Nitrile rubber, good aging and corrosion resistance.
Light shell: Aluminum alloy high pressure die-casting, with good
microstructure, hardness and wear resistance
Fasteners: STS304 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance and high
strength
