1. Description
ASTM A519 4130 is Mechanical alloy seamless steel pipe, carbon and manganese content is slightly lower than 4140, of which the important element free Cr (0.80-1.10) Mo (0.15-0.25), 4130 material physical properties are very strong, the price is relatively high, in addition, the annealing treatment, also determines its performance, customers according to their own use requirements, told us when placing an order
At present, the most major export grades are: 1010, 1020, 1035,
1045, 4130, 4140 . Customers choose according to their own actual
needs. ASTM A519 tubes is used to manufacture seamless steel pipes
for containers, equipment, pipe fittings and steel structures,
automobile pipes, medium and low pressure boiler pipes, liquid
pipes and electric heater pipes.
The chemical composition and physical properties are strictly
controlled during the production of steel pipe to ensure that the
customer's use, the tolerance of outer diameter and wall thickness
can fully meet the standard requirements. The steel pipe surface
can be sprayed, painted, oiled and passivated according to the
customer's requirements. There are many ways to pack products, such
as bare packing, simple packing and wooden box packing. Please
refer to ASTM A519 table as below for grades.
