ASTM A213 TP317 Stainless Steel Tubes For High-Temperature And High-Pressure
Superheaters and Reheaters
1. Description
ASTM A213 TP317 is a very mature steel in stainless steel seamless
steel pipe. The steel is austenitic stainless steel containing more
Cr, Ni and mo. Compared with 316L, 317L steel has good seawater
resistance and SCC resistance. For chemical ships, chemical
products reactor and other chemical equipment requiring high
corrosion resistance.
Because of the addition of Mo, the corrosion resistance and high
temperature resistance of the steel pipe are greatly improved. High
temperature resistance can reach 1200-1300 degrees, and can be used
under the condition of caucus. At the same time, the stainless
steel seamless pipe has good processing characteristics such as
bending and welding process performance. This makes the steel tube
can be used in the high-temperature superheater, high-temperature
reheater, high-temperature section of platen superheater,
high-temperature and high-pressure pipe fittings and other
components of large-scale power generation boiler with large
manufacturing pressure parameters, which are close to critical or
supercritical. In a word, the stainless steel seamless pipe is
widely used in power industry, chemical industry and steel
industry.
The ASTM A213 TP317 stainless steel seamless steel pipe produced
and exported by our company can be painted on the surface, threaded
at both ends, chamfered, and the two ends of the steel pipe can be
provided with a pipe cap protector. We use a variety of export
packaging methods to ensure the safe transportation of products.
Our stainless steel seamless steel pipe products are of good
quality and various materials meet the different needs of
customers. Our products are sold well all over the world, widely
used in many fields, and have been praised and satisfied by
customers.
