Dimethylcyclohexylamine DMCHA CAS 98-94-2
Description
DMCHA catalyst is a tertiary amine used primarily to promote the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in a wide range of rigid foam applications.
Characteristics and Applications
Pentamethyldiethylenetriamine is a colorless to yellowish
transparent liquid, soluble in water, and alcohol solvents, and can
absorb water and carbon dioxide in the air.
Pentamethyldiethylenetriamine is an efficient catalyst for
polyurethane soft foam, which is mainly used in the formulation of
soft foam products, and can also be an auxiliary catalyst for hard
foam to improve the fluidity of PU foam in large-capacity
refrigerators. The product has high catalytic activity, fast
foaming speed, high toughness and high bearing capacity. In the
soft bubble to 100 parts of polyether, adding the product 0.1-0.5
can get a better effect, and the smell is low, and the application
is wider.
