This machine is a fully automatic machine to produce the outside
ear-loop face mask, including 1of set mask body machine and 1 set
of ear-loop welding machine. The process is from raw material
feeding, nose wire welding&ear-loop welding to finished
products.
This machine is mainly used for the automatic formation of flat
masks: the entire roll of fabric is driven by rollers after
unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; the entire length of the nose bridge is pulled and unrolled, cut to length and imported into the hemmed fabric, bilaterally Ultrasonic welding to the seal, then ultrasonic side sealing, cutting with a cutter: the mask is conveyed to the two mask earband welding stations through an assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding. When the mask is made, it passes the assembly line. Conveyed to flat belt line for collection.

PRODUCT PROCESS
The face mask making machine is mainly used for the automatic
making of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers
after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed;
Bridge of nose strip whole roll traction unroll,cut to length and
guide into hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding to the seal,
then ultrasonic 2 ends sealing, cutting and shaping by a cutter;
conveying the mask to the two mask ear band welding stations
through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by
ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is transported to the
flat belt line for collection. Complete line include 1 set mask
body making machine and 2 sets ear loop automatic welding machine.
