Flexo Relief Plate Making Processing:
1.Computer to Flexo Plate:
Before plate making, the computer system is used to control the
image output device to output the image laser engraved on the CTP
resin relief plate;
2. Plate Exposing,Washing and Drying by the flexo plate processor :
The CTP resin relief plate is placed in the middle position, the
exposure time is set, and the resin at the exposure position is
hardened by UV light, then the upper cover 1 is opened, water is
poured into the water tank 4 to 2mm above the brush tip, and the
water on the green patch is absorbed with absorbent cotton, and the
back of the exposed CTP resin relief plate is attached to the green
patch with double-sided tape, so that the plate is facing downward,
and the plate is washed in the water tank 4 of the plate washing
device.
After washing, the water on the plate is absorbed with an absorbent
sponge, and then the plate is removed from the green patch. The
water used for washing the plate is filtered by the water filter
device, and sprayed out by the water sprayer 11 above the water
filter device after heating.
After washing the plate, it is placed in the drying device for
drying, and finally placed in the drawer of the post-exposure
device 6 for exposure to make a printing plate.
