ECOO-G Processless (process-free)
Introducing the ECOO-G Thermal Plate, an environmentally friendly
processless printing solution:
- Directly runs on press machines after CTP exposing, eliminating
the need for chemical processing.
- Saves costs associated with labor, water treatment, and developer
tank maintenance.
- Chemically free and environmentally friendly, akin to Sonora XP
and Agfa Azura plates!
Characteristics
- Utilizes a negative non-ablation photosensitive system.
- Compatible with leading devices in the market.
- Supports direct printing on the machine without additional
processing steps after scanning by thermal CTP platesetter.
- Offers excellent dot reproduction, stable performance, and wide
processing latitude.
- Provides long stability of the latent image, allowing for storage
of at least a week after plate-making.

formulation.
Recommended Application Procedure for ECOO-G:
1. Clean all ink residues from the blanket thoroughly.
2. Start the press machine and engage the water roller, allowing it
to run for 30-40 seconds.
3. Engage the ink rollers for 20-30 seconds.
4. Load the paper and commence printing.
