EcooGraphix T-1400FA is ideal for slitting various ultra-large
coiled materials including plastic films (PVC, OPP, PET, CPP),
paper, glass paper, aluminum-foil paper, aluminum foil, adhesive
stickers, non-woven fabrics, and other materials, ensuring precise
slitting and rewinding.
Features:
1) SIEMENS PLC control system and touch screen provide an intuitive
parameter display for easy setup. Simply input roll diameter,
material thickness, and initial tension, and the machine operates
automatically.
2) The shaftless hydraulic loading system supports a maximum load
capacity of 3 tons.
3) Unwinding tension control facilitated by a 20 kg/m2
electromagnetic brake.
4) CNC processed and heat-treated foothold wall panel ensures no
deformation over time.
5) Direction-adjustable balancing roller in the unwinding section
maintains tight contact with the entire web.
6) Dynamic/static balancing transmission rollers ensure smooth
operation.
7) Upper circular knives fixed by screws and lower circular knives
