Processless plate is a new kind of environment-friendly and cost-efficient product which benefits printers to safe the processing stage.
After exposure, it can be put on press directly. It can be used by up to 80% of offset printers.
With handling capabilities that match most unbaked processed plates.

Processless plate combines eco-friendly operation, excellent
quality and is easy to use.
Best in class chemical-free Direct-on-Press printing plate for
classic sheetfed printing applications.
It can be run directly on a printing press after imaging, without a
need for chemical processing.

Recommended application to press procedures:
1. Clean all the inks on the blanket;
2. Start the press machine, apply the water roller, run 30-40
seconds;
3. Apply the ink rollers 20-30 seconds; 4. Apply the paper and start print.
Remark: If operate step 2 and 3 longer, paper will be wasted less.
