◈ Main Features

​Automatic Feeder
- Max. pile height: 1100mm
- Equipped with pneumatic drying vacuum pump, no need for oil
- Equipped with side lay and front lay for accurate paper position registration
- Safety device: emergency stop, overrun safety device for feeder pile
- PLC program circuit control, control panel, and security system
- Non-stop paper feeding system can feed paper continuously without machine stop and hence reduce the cost of film

Powder Removal System
- Remove powder on the surface of the printed sheets effectively
- Adopt vertical electrical heating and plated chrome roller
- This system can also enhance the brightness of lamination and save glue at the same time

Laminator
- Equipped with hot oil recycle system mounted outside the machine which can keep temperature constantly
- Accurate grinding mirror cylinder ensures the good coating brightness
- Wide range of temperature setting which can reach Max. 180^oC
- This machine is suitable for the gluing of lamination film without glue, thermal film and BOPP film
- Mirror cylinder and hot water cylinder with build-in heating system and temperature controller
- Film tension controller can handle the tension problem of heated film

Electromagnetic Energy-saving System
- Adopts ceramic roller with independent drive motor
- Translational doctor can adjust rapidly and it makes glue uniformity
- It is suitable for water-based glue and solven-based glue
- Pneumatic pressure roller controls film tension
- Equipped with one flush trimmer which can transfer film to hot water cylinder smoothly. Film will not be curled.
