Working principle
The working principle of the powder canning equipment is based on precise measurement and automated transmission. Firstly, the powder is conveyed to the metering device through a vibrating feeding system or a negative pressure powder suction system, and is quantitatively distributed according to the preset weight; then the filling head aligns with the opening of the container and smoothly injects the powder into the can, avoiding dust; finally, through the conveyor belt connection, the automatic lid-lifting and screw-closing mechanism is activated to complete the sealing, achieving quantitative, clean and efficient canning of the materials throughout the process.
