Working principle
The powder filling machine achieves automated production through a
closed-loop process of "material supply - measurement control -
filling execution - linkage control". The storage bin is fed by the
feeding device to the measurement mechanism. According to the
characteristics of the materials, it adopts screw, volumetric or
weighing measurement methods to precisely control the quantity.
After measurement, the material is injected through the filling
nozzle, and vibration and blowing air are used to prevent blockage
and residue. The equipment integrates all links by the PLC system,
allowing adjustment of parameters and featuring alarm and counting
functions. It solves the problems of low efficiency, poor accuracy
and easy contamination caused by manual operation, and is suitable
for powder filling needs in various industries such as food and
medicine.
