Working principle
The working principle of the swing screen is to simulate the
actions and processes of manual screening, making the screen
surface generate specific compound motion trajectories, thereby
achieving the screening of materials. Specifically, it is as
follows:
- Power transmission and motion generation: The drive device (such
as a motor) transmits power to the screen box through a
transmission mechanism (such as eccentric blocks, connecting rods,
etc.), causing the screen surface to move in a three-dimensional
direction.
- The formation of a compound motion trajectory: The screen surface
does not vibrate in a single direction but simultaneously has
reciprocating vibration in the horizontal direction and circular
shaking in the vertical direction, forming a compound motion
trajectory similar to the artificial shaking of a screen (usually
three-dimensional circular motion).
- Material screening process: After the material is fed into one
end of the screen surface, under the action of compound motion, on
the one hand, it moves forward in a spiral shape along the screen
surface, prolonging the residence time on the screen surface. On
the other hand, due to the differences in force and motion states
of materials of different particle sizes, fine particles fall
through the screen holes, while coarse particles are discharged
from the other end of the screen surface, thus achieving
classification and screening.
