Working principle
The working principle of the universal pulverizer: Materials are
fed in through the feeding port. The high-speed rotating blades are
initially crushed by shearing and impact force. Brittle materials
are cut and crushed, while tough materials are pulled and torn. The
ejection material collides with the wear-resistant cavity and the
impact plate. The hard material is crushed by impact, and the tough
material is ground in the gap between the blade and the cavity. The
dual-shaft model processes the fiber material through the shear
force field of the opposite blades. The crushed materials are
screened through the bottom screen. The qualified particles are
discharged, while those that do not meet the standards are returned
to the chamber for further crushing. With the assistance of motor
drive and cooling dust-proof system, multi-material integrated
crushing is achieved through "shearing - impact - grinding -
screening".
