The double-cone mixer is an industrial mixing equipment with a unique structure. Its main body is formed by welding two cone cylinders and a short cylindrical cylinder into a double-cone shape. Working principle
When the equipment is in operation, the double-cone cylinder rotates around the horizontal axis, driving the materials inside the cylinder to continuously roll up and down and fall. Meanwhile, the geometric structure of the double-cone cylinder will cause the material to move in a circular path along the cylinder wall and form a cross-flow in the radial and axial directions. This compound movement enables the materials to continuously undergo diffusion, convection and shear mixing in three-dimensional space. In addition, during the rotation process, the alternating effects of centrifugal force and gravity cause different material particles to interpenetrate and change positions with each other, thus achieving uniform mixing in a relatively short period of time. In addition, the mechanical force that the materials are subjected to during the mixing process is relatively small, which can better maintain their original physical properties and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for the uniformity of mixing.

iron phosphate) is mixed with conductive agents to ensure battery

which causes low damage and leaves little residue, meeting food
hygiene standards.
3. Chemical engineering: When the catalyst is mixed with the
binder, a spray device can be installed to achieve solid-liquid
integration.
4. Ceramics: Mix barium titanate powder with MLCC to ensure
consistency in dielectric constant.
