The dust-free feeding station adopts a fully sealed structure to prevent dust from overflowing. Working principle
Firstly, its sealed structure builds an independent space,
isolating the feeding operation from the outside world and
preventing dust leakage. When the equipment is in operation, the
fan starts to create a negative pressure environment in the
station. Once the materials are put in and dust is raised, the
negative pressure will quickly draw the dust into the dust
collection system. Then, the dust enters a multi-stage filtration
and purification device composed of bag filters, cyclone
separators, etc. After passing through multiple layers of
filtration, the dust particles are retained, and the purified air
is discharged up to standard. In addition, the material conveying
devices within the station adopt a sealed design to ensure that the
entire conveying process from the feeding port to the designated
location is dust-free. Through the coordinated operation of these
links, efficient feeding and strict dust control are achieved.
