The direct discharge screen is a commonly used screening equipment.

an excitation force, causing the materials to move in a straight
line on the inclined screen surface. During the movement, materials
smaller than the screen mesh aperture pass through the screen mesh
to become under-screen materials, while materials larger than the
screen mesh aperture are discharged along the screen surface in a
straight line. It can achieve the classification and screening of
materials of different particle sizes, featuring high screening
efficiency, large processing capacity, compact structure, and
simple operation and maintenance. It is widely used in the material
screening operations of the chemical, food, building materials and
other industries.
Working principle
The direct discharge screen is a common screening equipment. Its
working principle is as follows: The direct discharge screen is
mainly composed of a vibrating motor, a screen box, a screen mesh
and other components. The vibration motor serves as the power
source. Through the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block, it
generates excitation force, causing the screen box to vibrate at a
high frequency. After the materials enter the screen box from the
feeding port, they are rapidly dispersed under the action of
vibration and move in a straight line on the screen. Material
particles smaller than the size of the screen holes pass through
the screen mesh and are discharged as under-screen materials. While
the material particles larger than the sieve hole size continue to
move forward on the screen and are eventually discharged from the
discharge port, thus achieving the screening and classification of
materials of different particle sizes. This linear motion screening
method enables the material to stay on the screen surface for a
relatively short time, has a large processing capacity, and is less
likely to clog the screen holes, effectively improving the
screening efficiency and quality.
