The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a vibration motor, a
screen box, and a screen mesh. Its working principle is to use the
three-dimensional generated by the vibration motor to make the
material on the screen mesh vibrate at high frequency and move in a
circular motion, thus achieving the screening of materials with
particle sizes. It has the advantages of high screening accuracy,
large processing capacity, compact structure, low noise, and good
sealing performance. It can be widely used in, food,
pharmaceutical, building materials and other industries, and can
accurately classify and screen powdery and granular materials,
effectively improving production efficiency and product quality.
Working principle
The vibrating motor is used as the power source, and the upper and
lower ends of the motor shaft are equipped with eccentric heavy
hammers. When the motor rotates, the excitatory forces generated by
the upper and lower heavy hammers interact with each other, causing
the screen body to produce three-dimensional motion, that,
vibration in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions.
After the material enters the screen surface from the feed port,
under the combined action of this high-frequency vibration circular
motion, the material particles smaller than the screen hole size
pass through the screen and become the screen residue, while the
material larger than the screen hole size moves in circular motion
on the screen surface and moves towards the discharge port, and
finally becomes the screen residue, thus achieving efficient
screening and grading of the material.
